Shipping Policy

Free delivery within the United States

All orders delivered to a US address qualify for free Standard Shipping. There is no minimum purchase required for this service. This store currently ships only within the United States.

Processing and carrier travel are separate

Preparation takes 1–2 business days. After the parcel leaves us, allow an estimated 4–6 business days for transit. Saturdays, Sundays and US federal holidays are excluded from business days. Carrier interruptions, severe weather or other transport events can extend estimates; these times are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Your shipment email

We email tracking information after dispatch to the address supplied at checkout. A newly issued tracking number may not show movement until the carrier records its first scan. Retain the shipment email so you can review the parcel’s progress.

Getting help with delivery

Please check street, unit, city, state and postal information before paying. Report an address error immediately; changes may no longer be possible once dispatch or carrier handling begins. For a delayed, lost, damaged or incorrect shipment, send the order reference and tracking information, together with photographs when useful. We will review the circumstances, contact the service provider when needed and help arrange the appropriate resolution under our return terms and applicable law.
